Attuned to both but still working on Naxx

Healing +393, Mana 4.5k unbuffed, Mp5 +25, Spirit 212 and I have 3.2k health unbuffed. Almost everything is BiS I dont mind being inspect.
[b]What endgame WoW raid experience do you have?
Pre TBC: cleared ZG AQ20 and ony. MC up to Rag, first 3 bosses in BWL and first 2 bosses in AQ40.
TBC: Everything apart from KJ.
WOTLK: Everything apart from ICC
Cata: Nothing, but does this matter as everything is weak sauce.
[b]Why do you want to join Flawless?
I have a job which only allows me to raid either late at night or early in the morning and Flawless suites by schedule perfectly. I've been keeping an eye on Flawless while I was gearing up to apply and people on the server show a lot of respect to Flawless.
