Are you willing to respec to a PvE spec if asked? Of Course.
What endgame WoW raid experience do you have? On Vanilla WoW i've cleared MC and Onyxya, skipped TBC and came back on WOTLK. At WOTLK i cleared all the content available, including icc hc mode on 25 man with the 5% buff. On cataclysm I stopped playing on patch 4.1, thus i cleared Nefarian and also BOT.
Why do you want to join Flawless? The main reason why I want to join Flawless is the awesome raid times, that fit me perfectly.
Anything else we should know? I'm currently in the alliance side and there is no oceanic guild in there, which makes my raiding possibilities really low. This is why I'm willing to re-roll horde if this works out. In addition, I also have Vanilla Experience as Resto Shaman, and since i would re-roll, I dont see why not change classes if needed by the guild. (:
